Nice Mist: Crisp Pinot Grigio with notes of fresh green apple, festive white cranberries and a round finish. This wine definitely makes the nice list.

NEW Island Mist Coconut Yuzu Pinot Gris
Mar 10, 2015
Introducing a unique and delicious Island Mist flavour that will have you in a vacation state-of-mind with the first sip. New Coconut Yuzu Pinot Gris is flavoured with coconut water and has a tropical splash of Yuzu and hint of lime.
Not familiar with Yuzu? Yuzu [pronounced YOO-zoo] is a Japanese citrus fruit which is about the size of a tangerine. It’s being hailed as the next superfruit and is being used to flavour everything from beer to chewing gum. It tastes like a cross between a lemon, mandarin and grapefruit and it’s sourness and acidity plays well against the coconut notes and sweetness of Island Mist.

NEW Eclipse Barossa Valley Shiraz with Grape Skins
Nov 8, 2013
The Barossa Valley is Australia’s quintessential wine region. Located in South Australia, Barossa Valley is one of Australia’s oldest wine regions dating back to 1841. However, it wasn’t until the late 1900’s that Barossa Shiraz became well known internationally, and was considered its own unique style of Syrah.
This style of big, full bodied Shiraz with rich notes of chocolate and spice has become synonymous with Barossa Valley and Australian wine in general.
Tasting notes: Aromas of robust blackberry, peppercorns and smoked meat. Full-bodied yet smooth with big, dark, peppery fruit and plush texture on the palate. This full-bodied wine needs an equally rich dish to stand up to its big aromas and flavours. Think thick stews, or grilled steaks with sautéed mushrooms. The dark fruit notes in this wine would also pair beautifully with roast pork and cranberry chutney.
Add Barossa Valley Shiraz to your collection of fine Eclipse wines today.
